Nangialay Bawar is originally from Uruzgan province, southern Afghanistan. He resides with his family in Kandahar province. He has a BA degree in Computer Science from Kandahar University, Kandahar province. He has worked with UNESCO and Kandahar Municipal Department. He has participated in numerous short-term personal development workshops.   

Bawar is an exemplary young manager. He has played a leading role in the development of Kandahar Opportunity Center and has an excellent track record of achievement within the Afghan Opportunity Center organisation.
